SEP partners with management to invest in niche business services companies with high-gross-margin, recurring-revenue business models. We invest initially in companies with $2-$15MM revenue in the outsourced business services, supply chain management / logistics, and healthcare services sectors. Together with our CEO partners, we build these companies into true market leaders.
